Article 190
Punishment for Unauthorized Attendance or Voting in Provincial Assembly
Any person who has not taken oath or who is not a member of Provincial Assembly attends or votes in a meeting of Provincial Assembly or its committee as a member as per the order of the person presiding over such meeting. There will be a fine of five thousand rupees for each time and such fine will be levied on the government balance.
